I hate shopping for clothes. I really, really do. It's sweaty and uncomfortable, and I can never find pants that actually fit me. Today I bought a pair of jeans, and I'm regretting the purchase already. Do you ever have days when absolutely nothing you wear looks good on you? Well this is one of those. Like bad hair day, but without the hair. Erm. Yeah.

So after episodes 13,14&15 I now have a huge craving for some Sokka/Zuko. And Mai&Zuko, Zuko/Aang and Aang/Katara... Yeesh, I think I ship almost everybody in Avatar with each other ;D So, anyway, I drew some slashy Sokka/Zuko. I struggled forever with the anatomy but Sokka's head still came out looking weird. Oh well, on to the fanart:

I haven't updated in a while, again. There's been some family trouble, or maybe trouble isn't the right word because that implies that it's been all bad, and it hasn't. Mostly it's just complicated.

Anyway, you've all probably heard of the AtLA episode 14-15 leaks? I just finished "acquiring" them and I am so excited now that the long wait is over! Episode 4 of CGR2 is out too, and I just watched the most recent episode of Doctor Who. I'll (maybe) write up a reaction post tomorrow, but to put things shortly I really loved it! So many of the shows I'm currently following seem to come out on Sunday...

I had a pretty exhausting day, but I still made time to watch the first episode of the new season, Partners in Crime. My reactions were mostly positive even if the villain-of-the-week was a bit annoying.

I don't really have anything to say except that Martha was (well, is) completely badass. And the Doctor certainly wasn't at his prettiest Dobby, is that you? in this episode xD

...Please tell me someone out there on the vast internets has written crackfic with the premise that Dobby is really the Doctor?

I had a weird encounter today. I'm just sitting at a table in a cafe´, drinking juice and studying for my advanced geography exams, when a French guy randomly comes up to me and asks if he can talk to me.

Him: Can I talk to you?
Me: OK, why not.
Him: I saw you ordering your food and I thought you looked interesting. I want to be friends with you.
Me: ... huh?
Him: I want to get to know you better. You look serious, are you a bit serious?
Me: Uh..I guess I am...er...
Him. I like serious people. I want to get to know you.
Me: ...(*eep*)
Him: *mumbles something I can't quite make out* Where are you from?
Me: Oh, I'm just Finnish.
Him: Oh, I thought you were foreign. ...Is this weird? I can go if you like.
Me: It's a bit ..strange, yeah.

And then it went on like that, only it was a lot weirder than I can describe. He assured me he was only looking for friendship, wanted to go out and have a coffee with me sometime(or something like that), and I did end up giving him my number, but, the whole thing was just plain strange. Well, at least the worst thing he can do is phone me.

I just finished watching the last few episodes of Moyashimon. I need a second season! Moyashimon is one of those rare series where I'm interested in the whole cast of characters about equally, and just love watching them interact with each other. And the microbes <3 I've never drunk sake so all the sake-talk made me want to taste some. I wonder if they even sell it in Alko? (Yeah, I'm pretty unknowlegeable when it comes to alcohol, never been that interested in it ^^')

(on an RL note..) Since it's Easter I'm expected to visit nearly all my relatives, so it's a pretty busy time for me. On top of that I happened to meet an old friend of mine, that I had fallen out of touch with, yesterday. I probably should at least call her or something?

This is one of the first fics(well drabbles) I've ever written o.0 I wrote one shitty HP fic back in 2000 or something which I never posted, but this felt kinda like loosing my fandom virginity :P

Yeah, RL has been pretty hectic. I'm cramming to get enough credits for school so that I can graduate this spring.

On a good note I've finally found my tablet pen! Now I'll be able to finish some of those fanarts I've been working on for ages :) And I probably should get around to moving my art and (one)fic from GJ to here. If you haven't heard, GJ went kaput and it's only a matter of time until it 404s :(

I still haven't seen a single episode of season three AtLA. I've heard it's getting better and better so I'm thinking of marathoning it in the near future to avoid spoilers and stuff.

Oh shit. I thought school shootings only happened in America. Or as my grandfather put it: seems we've caught the American disease...

Some nuthead killed at least 8 people at a school in Tuusula earlier today. My sister has a friend there, but luckily she wasn't hurt.
From what I've heard the Principal warned teachers and students to stay in their classrooms and lock the doors, and if they were on the second floor, jump out of the windows. She was later killed. The shooter shot himself in the head after the police arrived but he's still alive(if just barely). He apparently had some "idealistic" reasons for his deed... My sister showed me a journal entry he'd written only hours before the shootings. His thoughts sounded like a creepy mismash of Hitler's and Stalin's with some misuse of natural selection thrown in to justify what he was about to do.


I just don't know what to say.

Anyone else thinking of participating in nanowrimo this year? I've decided that my inability to write anything longer than drabbles has gotta go and that I'm going to reach 50k words no matter what. Just one little problem...

I still don't have a plot.

I'm not sure I'm going to be writing it (entirely) in English. I don't even know if it's going to be fanfic or not for crying out loud -__- I feel so unmotivated.

I made a community! kakasaku_ I've never made a community before, so let's see how it'll work out^^ I also made a sister community over on GJ. It's pretty hard keeping up with so many different journalling sites though, it's a pity LJ decided to jump the shark :\
